Recently, Minerva worked for two years as the Coordinator for the St. Ann's Bay Community Health Centre following a one year term as Administrative Assistant for the Victoria County CAP Sites Association. Minerva has been involved and employed in the local fishing industry for years and in various health research programs. She is committed to numerous community organizations as an active Volunteer including Treasurer for St. Ann's Bay United Church.
